Glen Berger - Vice President Operations

Glen is an operations executive with over fifteen years in the field and who is experienced in managing complex business initiatives and achieving top-line results. In addition, Glen brings to Provincial a wealth of knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and implementation of Quality Systems. As a senior member of the leadership team Glen will be responsible for the management and supply chain management operations for the company.

Kate Kuykendall – Director, International Brand Development

Kate has over twenty years experience in assisting major brands in defining visual merchandising needs, including designing of fixtures/visuals, manufacturing, project management and worldwide logistics. Kate will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, marketing, brand recognition for the company in the United States and will be managing the New York branch office.

Norm Rudy – Senior Project Manager

Norm has over 25 years experience in the Millwork industry and brings to us a depth of knowledge in multiple facets of the construction industry having operated his own business. In addition, Norm has a natural aptitude and understanding of complex and challenging designs that enables and enhances design parameters.

Ijaz Ahmed - Senior Estimator

Ijaz brings to us over ten years working experience on a variety of ICI construction and retail industry projects while multitasking as a Cost Engineer and Project Manager. Ijaz has worked closely with Construction Managers, Architects and General Contractors to deliver quality service on project budgeting, pricing, document tendering and coordinating design for uptake changes of ongoing projects.
